About Shopping Online
How do you shop online?
When you’ve finished adding items to your shopping cart, click on “Cart”. Click “View Cart” to look at the items and update quantities. Click “Checkout” to check out and purchase your items.
Once you have placed your order, you will receive an email notification that your order is being processed. Once your order is shipped, you will receive another email notification that your order has been shipped along with a tracking number.
How do I create an account on shop.meowwolf.com?
You can easily create your own Meow Wolf account with your email and a password on the checkout page. Please make sure that your password is at least 6 characters long.
I forgot my username and password. Can you help?
If you forgot your password, just click the “Lost your password?” link at login and we will send you an automated email with a link to create a new password.
I’m looking for an item that you sell in-store at Meow Wolf, but I can’t find it online.
There are some items that we only sell in-store and not online. However, please email us at [email protected] to let us know what item you’re looking for. We might consider adding it online if there is enough demand.
If you receive an email in which you are asked to give us card details or similar information, please be aware that this is not sent by Meow Wolf. Meow Wolf will only request account information in response to your queries via email, or when there are uncertainties about an order you have placed. We will never ask for bank details by email. Please do not respond to such requests.
If you ever receive an email in which you are asked to give specific personal data via a link, do not reply to the email, do not click on the link and delete it immediately.
What is a phishing email?
Phishing email messages are designed to steal your identity and/or infect your computer with a virus. They ask for personal data, often by asking you to click on a link and directing you to websites or phone numbers where they ask you to provide personal data. The link will often try to infect your computer with a virus. After that, personal details will be misused immediately through such programs as Java and Adobe Flash, for example.
Do you accept Apple Pay?
Yes, we do. Press the “Buy with Apple Pay” button when adding products to your shopping cart.
Do you accept PayPal?
No, we currently do not accept PayPal.
Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB, and Diners Club.
Can I pay by check or money order?
Not online, but if you visit us in person we can definitely accept these payment methods.
Can you overnight my order?
No, we currently do not offer overnight shipping.
Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes, we provide international shipping.
Can I split my order and have it sent to multiple addresses?
No, you cannot. You need to pay for shipping for each address that you send a purchased item to.
How long does processing time take? When will my order ship?
Please allow for 2-3 business days for the processing and packing of your order. If the item is on backorder, please allow for additional (item-specific) time.
How long does shipping take?
We use the United States Postal Service to ship all orders.
First Class: 3-5 business days (includes processing time)
- First Class Mail is automatically applied to shipments under 1lb.
Priority Mail: 2-4 business days (includes processing time)
- Priority Mail is automatically applied to shipments over 1lb.
Letter Mail: 5 days locally, up to 2 weeks nationally.
- Letter Mail is only applicable to small orders of stickers, postcards, or patches
Express: 2-3 business days (includes processing time)
6-10 business days for many major markets (8-13 days with processing time). Actual number of days may vary based on origin, destination, and customs delays.
As mentioned above, please allow more processing time for items on backorder.
How much is shipping?
It depends on the item(s) you are purchasing, but shipping is calculated using national rates according to the weight and dimensions of your order.

Why was my international order charged customs fees and/or additional fees?
USPS makes the recipient responsible for custom duties and taxes.
According to the USPS website:
“Post Office facilities must collect a Postal Service fee from the addressee for each item on which customs duty or Internal Revenue tax is collected. The Postal Service fee is authorized by international postal agreements to reimburse the Postal Service for costs it incurs clearing items through customs and collecting customs duties at the time of delivery.”
Some countries also charge a flat handling fee, e.g. the Royal Mail charges an approx. £8 handling fee for every imported package.
How do I track my order?
When we ship your order you will receive an email notification including the USPS tracking number at the email address you provided us with at checkout.
Some small item orders such as single stickers, postcards, and patches are shipped domestically via USPS Letter mail, and will therefor not have tracking associated.
If you think you have not received a shipping update email, check your spam folder. If it’s not there, it’s possible that an incorrect email address was provided to us. In this case, please email [email protected].
I made a mistake with my order. How do I change it?
As soon as you realize you’ve made a mistake with your order, email [email protected] and let us know of the issue. Someone will reply asap. If it has already been 48 hours since your order was made, however, there may be a chance that your order has already been shipped. We encourage you to double check your details before purchasing and to read over the email you receive once your order is being processed.
How do I cancel my order?
Email [email protected] with your name and order number and we can go ahead and cancel your order. Please provide a reason if you can. Once we cancel the order, we will process a refund, which usually takes 5-10 business days to get back into your bank account.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your returns and exchanges policy?
We offer free returns and exchanges on all items purchased in the shop, as long as the item is still in stock and the order is no more than 30 days old. Email [email protected] to notify us of what product(s) you would like to return/exchange and the reason why. We will send you a USPS return label so you can send us the item.
For returns, once we receive the returned item, we will process your refund.
For exchanges, once we receive the returned item, we will ship the exchange item to you ASAP.
How do I get a refund?
Send an email to [email protected] with your refund request. As noted above, please let us know why you are requesting this refund and for what items. We will send a return label to your mailing address. Once we receive the returned item, we will process the refund. It will take 5-10 business days for the order amount to return to your bank account.
Can I return an item I bought in person at the physical Meow Wolf gift shop online?
On most occasions we are able to offer refunds/exchanges for items bought in person, please reach out via email [email protected] to see if your items are eligible. We cannot offer refunds on any purchases that were made with cash, unless they are returned to the gift shop in person.

What is your returns and exchanges policy?

What is a print-on-demand (POD) direct-to-garment (DTG) product?
A print-on-demand item is made fresh to order, which means that it is not digitally printed or produced until a customer purchases it. For our print-on-demand service, we use Printful. Please keep in mind that every print-on-demand product may vary.

Why does the color of the print look different than what I ordered?
Every POD item is uniquely made and we can’t guarantee color accuracy 100%. The direct-to-garment printing sometimes changes the colors slightly. Please let us know if you have any big issues with color accuracy and we’ll see what we can do.
Do (POD) items qualify for free shipping?
No, Print-On-Demand Items do not qualify for free shipping as these items are all fulfilled solely by Printful in Charlotte, North Carolina.
What are the fulfillment and shipping times for print-on-demand products?
Printful takes about 2-7 business days to create apparel products (t-shirts, etc.) and 2-5 business days for non-apparel (posters, etc.) products. Then you should add shipping times on top of that. Speed and price depends on product type and destination.
97.66% of Printful orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

What is sublimation printing?
A sublimated printed item is an all-over printing method created by infusing a layer ink directly onto the fabric, therefore covering a bigger surface space than DTG printers.
Why does the placement of the design differ from the one I ordered?
We cannot guarantee accurate placement of all-over-print designs on apparel. Due to the variation involved with printing and different apparel items, exact placement on sleeves and other areas of the shirt may vary.
Why are there white lines on my all-over-print apparel product?
White streaks will appear on all t-shirts around the seams, especially around the shoulders, under the armpits, and around the collar of the shirt.
Experience Tube FAQs
Who is the creator of the Experience Tube?
Nicholas Toll, a Meow Wolf artist based in Santa Fe. He has also designed a room called “Busy Box” in the House of Eternal Return exhibit.
What sizes of Experience Tube do you carry?
We carry one size of tube and it fits all sizes of human heads. The tube even fits some animal heads, too. Go crazy, but be gentle to your pets and pals.
Can you wash the Experience Tube?
Yes. Wash with similar colors and hang dry.
Is this a joke or fake product?
This is most certainly not a joke. The Experience Tube exists and the experience is real.
Can you smell the other person’s breath when your’e sharing a tube?
There is four feet of fabric separating you and your buddy. Unless they ate a whole tub of garlic, we believe you should be fine.
Does this mean that the world is coming to an end?
No, not at all. We do not believe that analog communication is so dead that people need to use a tube sock to interact. We do believe, however, that the tube is an opportunity for some fun and is a great tool to use to bond with your fellow human/animal.
